The purpose of NAVMED 6150/2 (figs. 10-10 and 10-10A) is to provide a record of physical qualifications, special training, and periodic examinations of members designated for special duty, such as aviation, submarine, and diving. The object of the special duty examination is to select only those individuals who are physically and mentally qualified for such special duty, and to remove from such status those members who have physical or mental defects.
