SUMMARY
In this chapter we discussed medical reports, logs,
and records commonly used by the Navy Medical
Department.
We also covered maintenance and
disposal of instructions and notices, preparation of
correspondence, and filing procedures. Additionally,
the chapter covered the Fleet Marine Force,
development of a command medical readiness plan (to
include the Mobile Medical Augmentation Readiness
Team (MMART) and unit augmentation), and
development of a joint medical operational plan.
